The Role
We are seeking a Marketing Growth Strategist to join our dynamic team on a 90-day contract, with the potential to extend to a full time role.
This role is perfect for a marketing professional with a strong background in growth strategies, particularly in the digital, tech and start up space. You will work closely with our leadership team to develop and implement marketing strategies that accelerate our mission and expand our reach.
Key Responsibilities
- Strategic Planning: Develop and execute growth marketing strategies that align with Neuropool’s mission and business objectives.
- Digital Campaigns: Design, implement, and optimise digital marketing campaigns across various platforms (LinkedIn, Instagram & TikTok) to drive engagement and increase brand awareness.
- Data-Driven Decisions: Use analytics and performance data to refine marketing strategies, ensuring we maximise ROI and reach our target audiences effectively.
- Content Development: Collaborate with our content team to create compelling, mission-aligned content that resonates with our audience and promotes neurodiversity.
- Analytics and Reporting: Track, analyse, and report on marketing metrics to measure the effectiveness of marketing activities. Use insights to refine strategies and achieve better outcomes.
- Community Engagement: Engage with the neurodivergent community and employers through events, webinars, and online forums. Keeping up to date with events in the Neurodiversity and Tech for Good space.
- Partnerships and Collaborations: Identify and establish strategic partnerships with organisations, and media outlets that align with our mission. Develop co-marketing initiatives to amplify our reach.
Essential Qualifications
- Proven Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in a marketing leadership role, preferably in a startup environment. Experience with Neurodiversity or inclusion initiatives is a plus. Demonstrated success in developing and executing growth marketing strategies, particularly in the digital space.
- Analytical Skills: Strong expertise in digital marketing, content creation, brand management, and analytics. Hands-on experience with marketing tools and platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, HubSpot, social media management tools).
- Creativity and Innovation: A creative thinker with the ability to develop unique strategies that set us apart in the market.
- Adaptability: Flexible and adaptable, thriving in a fast-paced environment where priorities can shift rapidly.
