A leading South East law firm are seeking an Employment Associate to join their busy team in Guildford.
Role
You will advise on a wide range of contentious and non-contentious employment law matters acting for SMEs, multinational clients and senior executives.
Work will include employment tribunal litigation, advising on TUPE, advising on all aspects of employment and partnership disputes, support on corporate matters and advising senior executives on exits.
Candidate
You will have between 3-7 years PQE and experience from a well regarded firm. You must have experience in both contentious and non-contentious employment law.
You will need to be able to demonstrate the ability to conduct employment tribunal proceedings and handle dismissals in the context of the financial services industry. An understanding of relevant regulatory issues will be useful. You will also have had experience advising on all aspects of TUPE and employment status issues.
