Our client is a global Media Agency with a fab Talent Team who need a UK Talent Executive to work closely with UK Hiring Managers. This is a three month contract with the potential to move to a permanent role:
- Support primarily focused in UK
- Supports hiring strategies through, candidate sourcing, application review, candidate screening, and direct full cycle recruitment for allocated headcount
- Creates job postings, initial draft of job descriptions, and scorecards within the ATS
- Audits feedback and inputs from interview panels, ensuring completion and quality
- Keeps ATS up-to-date with most-recent candidate information and status in process support with workforce planning
- Provides objective feedback regarding quality and effectiveness of agency partners, making adjustments as needed
- Staying focused and contributing to projects. Organizing stakeholders with multiple milestones and managing expectations
- Working with internal stakeholders, building relationships and working across differences to find solutions
- Partners with other Sr. TA Partners to create a dynamic community of practice across all of business hiring focused on data driven results
- Suggests new and better ways of working, implements solutions to unarticulated needs, new or existing market requirements
Required Experience:
● 1-2 years experience with either in house or agency recruitment doing
coordination, sourcing and/or full cycle recruitment
● Experience in sourcing techniques, including Boolean searches, LinkedIn
Recruiter, Facebook, Twitter and more
● Strong adaptive communication, written and verbal, that enables partnership
across different background and levels
● Problem solver with the ability to switch seamlessly between critical thinking
and tactical execution within a fast-paced environment
