Key Responsibilities:
- Lead on employee relations, ensuring smooth conflict resolution and employee support.
- Collaborate with senior leadership to drive and implement change programs.
- Regularly review and update HR policies and procedures to reflect best practices.
- Champion initiatives designed to boost employee engagement and retention.
- Oversee HR administrative processes, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
- Manage and guide HR Advisors to foster a high-performing HR team.
Must Have: We’re looking for someone with a background at an IFA firm, who has a proven experience in HR.
