Role: Marketing Manager
Location: Largely remote - occasionally based in the London office
Contract Duration: 6-9 months
Salary: Up to 70K DOE
Are you an innovative marketing professional with a passion for driving growth and implementing strategic initiatives? My client, a key player in the successful provision of primary care services, are seeking a Strategic Marketing Specialist for a 6-9 month contract role to support their marketing efforts and contribute to their list growth.
Due to the nature of the role, experience working within Marketing within a subscription based company would bode particularly well.
Key Responsibilities:
- Enhance Patient List Marketing: Assess and refine their current patient list marketing strategies. Provide actionable recommendations to the Executive Team to achieve a 4% annual growth in our patient list. Your insights will play a key role in optimizing their marketing approach.
- Implement Strategic Plans: Execute the patient list marketing strategies as agreed upon with the Executive Team. Ensure effective implementation to achieve targeted growth outcomes.
- Optimise General Medical Services Growth: Evaluate and improve their GMS growth marketing strategy. Make recommendations to the Executive Team to meet lead generation goals and achieve an agreed conversion rate. Drive strategy refinements to support our growth objectives.
- Drive Strategy Implementation: Carry out the revised GMS growth marketing strategy in alignment with Executive Team directives. Ensure successful execution and track progress against goals.
- Support Employer Branding: Contribute to the refresh of their Employer Brand/Employee Value Proposition (EVP). Work closely with the Head of Communications and Head of HR to enhance our brand presence and attractiveness.
Experience and Skills:
- Digital Marketing Expertise: Extensive experience in PPC, online reviews, and various digital marketing techniques.
- Mixed Channel Marketing: Proven track record in managing both online and offline marketing channels, including mail distribution.
- Senior Stakeholder Engagement: Demonstrated ability to work with and report to senior colleagues, including Executive and Board directors.
- Organizational Skills: Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to prioritize and manage tasks in a fast-paced environment.
Desirable but Not Essential:
Health Sector Knowledge: Familiarity with the health sector, particularly primary care, and a basic understanding of NHS functions and GMS contracts is a plus but not required
Due to the nature of the role, an ability to start immediately or at short notice is ideal.
