Role Overview:
As a Private Client Manager, you will be responsible for managing a small portfolio of clients, providing them with personalised service and expert advice. You will handle all aspects of their travel arrangements, from itinerary planning to booking and other services. You will also proactively anticipate their needs and preferences, offering tailored recommendations and solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and nurture relationships with a portfolio of high-profile clients.
- Plan, book, and coordinate all aspects of client travel and lifestyle arrangements.
- Provide expert advice.
- Anticipate client needs and preferences in the delivery of superior service.
- Maintain the highest standards of professionalism, discretion, and confidentiality.
To succeed in the role you will need:
- At least 3 years of upscale travel management and/or lifestyle/concierge experience.
- A passion for delivering exceptional service and exceeding client expectations.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with high-profile clients.
- A proactive and flexible approach, with the ability to handle multiple requests and deadlines.
- A high level of professionalism, discretion, and confidentiality.
- An understanding of the world of ultra-luxury.
