As they continue to grow, they are looking for a dynamic Senior Agency Sales Executive to join their sales team, contributing to driving revenue growth by working closely with key agency partners.
Job Overview
The Senior Agency Sales Executive will be responsible for selling our client’s digital advertising solutions into media agencies, particularly focusing on building and maintaining relationships with one or more of the Big Six agencies (WPP, Publicis, Omnicom, Dentsu, Havas, and IPG). You will have the opportunity to work with an exciting portfolio of creative, high-impact formats, backed by contextual targeting capabilities across premium publishers, allowing you to offer compelling solutions to clients.
This role is ideal for a highly motivated sales professional with 1–2 years of experience selling digital advertising solutions into major agencies, looking to further develop their career with a serious AdTech company. You'll be working in a supportive environment where you'll learn from some of the industry's best while driving forward a highly attractive and robust product offering.
Key Responsibilities
- Agency Relationships: Build, manage, and develop strong relationships with key decision-makers across the Big Six agencies (and their subsidiary networks).
- Sales Execution: Drive new business by selling the company’s digital advertising solutions (both direct and programmatic) to agencies, focusing on creative high-impact formats and contextual targeting solutions.
- Client Management: Serve as the primary point of contact for your agency clients, understanding their needs, and offering tailored advertising solutions that align with their goals.
- Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams, including operations, creative, and programmatic teams, to ensure smooth execution of campaigns and client satisfaction.
- Market Intelligence: Stay updated on market trends, new technologies, and competitive landscape to effectively position the company's offerings.
- Reporting: Track and report on sales pipeline and performance metrics to ensure alignment with overall sales targets.
Key Skills & Qualifications
- Experience: 1–2 years of experience in digital advertising sales, ideally with a proven track record of selling into one or more of the Big Six agencies.
- AdTech Knowledge: A strong understanding of digital advertising solutions, programmatic platforms, and the media agency landscape.
- Sales Skills: Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales targets, with excellent negotiation, presentation, and communication skills.
- Client-Centric: A passion for delivering client success and a proven ability to manage multiple agency clients and drive long-term relationships.
- Collaborative: Able to work effectively across teams and with internal stakeholders to deliver the best client solutions.
- Ambitious: Eager to learn and develop in a high-growth environment with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven industry.
