2nd Line/Desktop Support

Location: Central London – Hybrid (3 days)
This 2nd Line/Desktop Support position is to join a small but established team within a Global Organisation in the Construction Consultancy industry. The organisation has recently migrated to Azure, implemented Dynamics365 and rolled out the full M365 stack.
You will be joining as the 2nd Line Support Analyst to support across Microsoft products; Intune, Azure, SharePoint, Teams, Active Directory, Windows 10/11. Additionally, you may need to support some hardware, which will cover Audio Visual and other conference tools, laptops, and mobile telephony.
Experience Required:
- Be an experienced 2nd Line/Desktop Support person
- Track record of a high level of technical support
- Proficient in the Microsoft Stack - Intune, Azure, SharePoint, Teams, Active Directory, Windows 10/11, etc.
Desirable but not required:
- Microsoft Dynamics 365
- Microsoft Co-Pilot
