Service Desk / Systems Support Analyst | Hybrid from Cheltenham | £34,000 + bonus
We are on the lookout for a Systems Support Analyst to join a leading construction business in Cheltenham.
As a Service Desk / Support Analyst, you will provide support to internal and external users of the companies diverse suite of business focused applications, ERP / CRM systems.
Role:
- Manage support calls and tickets from IT Service Desk
- Provide internal and external customers support on the companies platforms
- Assist users with queries relating to their Dynamics 365 and COINS systems, such as user issues, user amendments, financial/sales queries and data changes.
- Maintaining a log of the support calls and resolution
- Document work or changes that are made
- Escalate 2nd /3rd line queries when appropriate
Requirements:
- At least 1 -2 years’ experience in a 1st/2nd line Support Desk, Service Desk or Application support role, ideally supporting a CRM / ERP system
- Experience taking a high volume of tickets in an engineering, manufacturing, house builder or similar industry would be ideal
- Experience of Dynamics 365 or COINS would be great but not essential
- Ability to understand user queries and relate to business process
- Great troubleshooting experience
- Great communicator
