The Company:
Harnham have exclusively partnered with a high growth Global insight, research & consultancy with Behavioural Science at its core. The organization works on projects that range from innovation, product development, brand and category strategy and recently a bit of customer experience (CX) related work. Their client base is very varied, which includes Diageo, Google, Football Association, financial services-related clients and also some social-related work.
The Role:
As a Qualitative Associate Director you will be responsible for the following;
- You will get the chance to lead international and domestic projects for some of the world’s best brands and businesses.
- It would suit someone who is intellectually curious, excited by embracing new ideas, building creative solutions to interesting challenges and working at the cutting-edge of marketing and strategic thinking.
Skills and Experience:
- Has deep knowledge and wide experience of a breadth of contemporary qualitative research methods, and is confident designing research approaches that get to the heart of a client’s challenge
- Designs and runs productive and inspiring research analysis sessions - calling on team support where relevant/necessary
- An experienced, confident moderator across multiple methodologies - virtual and face to face IDIs and groups, as well as online platforms
- Responsible for designing and overseeing the writing of research materials (pre-tasks, DGs etc) that speak to the project objectives
- Demonstrates strong leadership skills and builds positive team morale on projects

As Research Director, you can earn up to a base of £60,000 base and an aggressive benefits package
