CR3 are currently representing a medium sized construction company who specialize in electrical and building works. We are seeking a RLO (Resident Liaison Officer) to work on a temp to perm or permanent basis in Hillingdon (West London).

Duties of the RLO:

To ensure that tasks are completed accurately and within agreed timescales.

To provide consultation and support to residents prior to, during and after works to their homes, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction

Act as the main point of contact and deal with any problems/queries that the tenant may have
RLO requirements:

Social housing & local authority experience (preferred)

Excel, word

Ability to speak with tenants
