We are seeking an experienced Operations Manager to oversee the day-to-day activities of our facility. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for managing staff, driving operational efficiency, ensuring top-quality standards, and optimising processes to ensure customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate will have a proven background in operations management, exceptional leadership capabilities, and a keen eye for operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities:
Staff Management: Oversee recruitment, training, and workforce planning to maintain optimal staffing levels and productivity.
Budget Oversight: Manage budgets and ensure that all expenditures align with financial targets.
Process Optimization: Identify and implement process improvements, while continuously evaluating and refining existing procedures.
Quality Assurance: Lead quality control efforts to ensure that products and services meet the highest standards.
Strategic Planning: Develop and execute strategies aimed at improving operational efficiency.
What We're Looking For:
A seasoned Operations/Office Manager with experience in a senior leadership role.
Proven ability to manage and motivate teams, coupled with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong IT literacy, with a data-driven mindset and financial acumen.
Demonstrated experience in process management and continuous improvement.
Exceptional written and verbal communication abilities.
