Position Overview: The role of Specification Manager will be the catalyst for our client's national sales growth within the hospitality industry selling to pubs, clubs, restaurants, hotels, and architects dealing with these projects.
Your mission: to amplify sales revenue and elevate the Brand Portfolio's presence across the market. Leverage your sales & industry knowledge, and network to expand market dominance. Role Summary:

Weekly Routine: Spend four days visiting customers and prospects, with one day dedicated to planning and administrative tasks. Responsibilities:
New Business Development: Identify and engage high-potential corporate clients, driving new revenue streams and making our client their top choice.
Bespoke Sales: Manage sales of custom products, collaborating closely with internal teams to meet project demands.
Pipeline Management: Maintain an active pipeline of projects and opportunities, connecting with key decision-makers to boost sales.
Product Expertise: Develop in-depth product knowledge to address customer inquiries and offer technical guidance.
Modern Sales Techniques: Utilize their CRM system for project logs, call planning, visit notes, and quotations.
Performance Analysis: Monitor sales performance and adjust strategies to align with market conditions.
Team Collaboration: Work with the sales team and senior management to surpass sales targets and drive success.
Market Intelligence: Stay ahead of industry trends and competitor activities.
Networking: Represent at trade shows and industry events to expand your professional network.
Reporting: Provide regular updates to the Director of Sales UK & Ireland.
Expense Management: Submit expenses and mileage sheets in accordance with company guidelines.
Vehicle Maintenance: Ensure your company car is always clean, smoke-free, and well-maintained. Additional Information:
Employment Type: Full-time, permanent position.
Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 9.00 am – 5.30 pm (40 hours paid).
Eligibility: Confirmation of the right to work in the UK required.
