Job DescriptionEpsilon UK has grown to a market leading position across multiple Advertising technologies and services, including the rapidly growing commerce media sector.
After delivering exponential growth over the last 6 years, and being acquired globally by Publicis for $4bn, Epsilon is looking to recruit an SVP, Revenue to help the business continue its transformation in the UK as we scale direct / intermediary revenues and continue our business acceleration.
Our expectations of you- You will design and implement a strategic sales plan, identifying new market segments, competitor developments, and assess future state to stay ahead in the competitive market.
- Build strong client relationships at senior levels in large businesses to drive revenue and ensure client satisfaction.
- Structure and manage alliance partnerships both internally and externally to the Publicis Groupe.
- Continually review, analyse, and adjust team processes and procedures related to attainment, retention of, and growth logos to ensure success. Use data and develop sales processes to repeatably drive growth.
- Utilize sales tools to drive lead generation, sales pipeline, leading and lagging indicators and metrics for success to drive new and existing business revenue.
- Orchestrate and support the "Must win" processes.
- Commit to onboarding and retention of high-quality associates, and their continued CPD.
- Lead, manage, and inspire across multiple commercial teams, with different skill sets and disciplines.
What you will bring to Epsilon- Strong work ethic and high personal accountability. Experience working in complex organisations and dynamic environments.
- Strong network. You have built a strong record of collaborating with executives from advertising agencies and advertising clients across the industry, especially travel, retail, CPG, gaming, and finance.

Your background- 20+ years of experience in Commercial Leadership roles.
- Proven success in scaling businesses profitably, enterprise level business.
- Proven success in driving business transformation and team development.
- Demonstrable experience within AdTech and Martech industries. Preferred high level of understanding of privacy regulatory environment.
- Solid C-Suite network across direct brands and intermediaries.
- Masters or equivalent experience, MBA preferred.
