Jackson Hogg are delighted to be supporting a dynamic and fast paced business to recruit a Finance Business Partner that will make a positive difference to the groups operations and add value, within a senior leadership role in the business.
This business is continually growing through acquisition and organic growth since 2020.
Duties and Responsibilities include:

Signing off the month end accounts prepared by Group Finance Team.

Dual Sign-off of the judgemental balance sheet areas alongside the Group Finance Manager.

Developing and deploying meaningful reporting, analysis and insight.

Working alongside the wider Group Finance Team and the Business Excellence lead to create effective self-service reporting to enhance informed decision making within the business.

Acting as a partner to the MD and senior leadership team.

Creating and driving a culture of strong governance coupled with continuous improvement in business process to maintain a best in class processes and data.

Ownership of the annual budgeting process for the businesses including month by month P&L, CAPEX, Balance Sheet and Cash Generation.

Preparing and delivering the monthly business review pack to the Group Board.

Working with the Business Systems Lead and the Group Finance team to drive a best in class ERP system and business processes to drive insightful and effective outputs.
As the ideal candidate you will be:

Qualified - ACCA/CIMA or ACA.

Excellent communication skills
-
Previous business partnering experience and tangible examples of how you have driven performance and added value.

Able to effectively manage multiple conflicting priorities.

Self motivated and independent as you will be separately from the Group Finance Team.

Leadership skills and the ability to communicate financial data effectively and influence decision making
