My client, a Commercial Property Management company are looking for a Reception Administrator to join their team based in Cheltenham.

What are the day-to-day responsibilities of the Reception Administrator:
Provide first-class customer service to tenants and visitors
Managing on-site maintenance issues
Ensuring Health and Safety procedures are observed including conducting the weekly Fire Alarm test.
General administration work
Required Skills and Qualifications of the Reception Administrator:
Experience of delivering high levels of customer service
Smartly presented at all times
Confident communicator with excellent written and spoken English.
Strong IT skills, including MS Office, Word and Excel
Knowledge of Health and Safety legislation advantageous
