Key Responsibilities:

Serve as the initial point of contact for valued members, providing exemplary customer service and guidance.

Handle member enquiries proficiently throughout the application, on boarding, and membership life cycle.

Collaborate with internal teams to swiftly address member issues and contribute to enhancing the overall customer journey.

Work closely with Customer Operations Managers and Head of Customer Services to uphold organisational mission and standards.
