About the role:

We are looking for somebody to join our fast paced and evergrowing team to support on our contract’s day to day.

Tracking engineers / cleaners and scheduling them into jobs
-
Ensuring PO’s, invoices and timesheets are approved and correctly inputted into spreadsheets
-
Using Microsoft Excel to track daily hours and times of work
-
Monitoring jobs
-
Raising purchase orders and processing invoices
-
Creating quotes
-
Managing spreadsheets
What we are looking for
-
Somebody with a strong understanding of the importance of our contracts
-
Driven and motivated to do well within the role
-
Background in contract support and administration is required due to the nature of the role
-
Commutable to Birmingham business park
-
Familiar with the use of internal systems, whether it be CRM or CAFM
