Administration Assistant - Within Finance Team
We are recruiting for a temporary-permanent opportunity in Borehamwood to begin ASAP (subject to a successful interview).
This role would suit a candidate looking to get into a Finance position or with existing experience within Accounts Administration and keen to build on this. Full training will be provided in this role, however you must have a minimum of one year's relevant experience and a positive, hardworking approach to work.
Duties will include:
Updating and processing invoices
Updating payment information on the CRM system
Assisting with emails and screening incoming calls
Contacting sites for service user information
Ad-hoc administrative duties to assist the smooth running of the finance teamMonday-Friday, 9am-5pm (with 30 minutes lunch).
Free parking onsite
Hybrid working available after initial training period - 3 days in the office and two days WFH.
