We are seeking a dynamic and ambitious Technical Sales Manager to join the team, specialising in Photonics
This role offers the exciting opportunity to transition into a Sales Manager position within the next 12 months, taking on responsibility for key accounts, supplier relationships, and strategic growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive business development from technical design to account management, identifying new customer opportunities.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers.
- Support Field Sales Engineers with new business, product specifications, and closing deals.
- Lead the development of a sustainable growth plan for Photonics & Imaging products.
Ideal Candidate:-
- Strong knowledge of Photonics with hands-on design experience.
- 5+ years of experience in key account management and new business development.
- Degree in Electronics or related field.
- Proficient in sales planning, forecasting, and market analysis.
Requirements:
- Ability to travel to meet clients and suppliers.
- Excellent time management, communication, and presentation skills.
