Role: HR Administrator (Temporary)
Contract: Approximately 4 Weeks
Hours: 9.00am-5.00pm
Pay: £12.50 per hour
Office Angels National Accounts are looking for an administrator to join their client in Preston. This is a temporary position to last approximately 4 weeks. The ideal candidate will have some prior experience in HR/Recruitment.
Some duties may include:
Provide day-to-day support to the HR team and employees.
Document Control
Routine administrative duties
Inputting sensitive data onto computer based systems
Assisting with vetting checks for all new staff
Maintenance of the human resources filing systems
Collation of all recruitment and equality and diversity data
Requirements:
Understanding of GDPR regulations
DBS check
Strong communication skills
Experience handling sensitive data and information
Attention to detail
Experience in a similar role required.
