First Line Deskside Support Engineer – Contract Opportunity in Crewe!
Absolute Recruitment is excited to be looking for an experienced First Line Deskside Support Engineer to join a friendly and dynamic team on-site with one of our multinational clients based in Crewe. This is a 3-4 month contract with the chance to make a real impact as the client settles into their brand-new offices.
You’ll be part of a warm and welcoming environment, working with leading-edge technologies, and helping the team get off to a great start in their new space. There’s a strong focus on communication and customer service, so if you love working with people and tech, this could be the perfect fit for you!
Key Responsibilities:

Respond to Service Desk tickets via phone, email, or face-to-face

Daily communication with clients

Assist with PC rollouts, desk setups, and meeting room technology

Maintain client-specific documentation

Identify and suggest improvements
What We’re Looking For:

Excellent communication and customer service skills
-
A team player who’s self-motivated and improvement-minded
-
At least 1 year of experience in a similar role

Strong PC troubleshooting skills

Knowledge of MS Teams and conferencing solutions
Perks:

Standard hours are 9am - 5:30pm, Monday to Friday, with the possibility of an early finish on Fridays!

Salary: £30-35k per annum (pro-rata based on experience)
