Description
Manage procurement processes and coordinate material and resources allocation
Evaluate suppliers, conduct interviews with vendors, and negotiate contracts and costs
Oversee supply needs, identify shortages, and ensure timely delivery of products
Prepare and implement effective negotiation tactics
Manage relationships with key suppliers to maintain quality of goods, timely delivery, and compliance to terms of contracts
Review supplies to ensure quality
Monitor stock levels and place orders as needed
Coordinate with team members and other company departmentsProfile
A successful Buyer should have:
Proven experience as a Buyer in the Engineering / Manufacturing industry
Strong knowledge of procurement and supply chain processes
Excellent negotiation and networking skills
Proficiency in relevant software and databasesJob Offer
