Job Title: Business Development Manager - Entertainment Lighting
Location: Yorkshire | Hybrid
Salary: £30,000 - £60,000 DOE

Key Responsibilities:
Attend client meetings to showcase the range of high-end entertainment lighting products
Conduct engaging product demonstrations to win over potential clients
Reignite relationships with old accounts and ensure client retention
Generate new business through proactive outreach and relationship building
Manage and grow existing accounts, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded
Stay ahead of industry trends and competitor activity to offer clients the best solutions for their events/installations
Attend industry relevant trade shows and exhibitions to network with potential clients and exhibit the latest product ranges
Requirements:
Proven experience in AV or lighting sales within the entertainment/events industry (We are also open to hearing from experienced lighting technicians with a desire to shift their career into sales)
Strong communication and negotiation skills
A proactive, driven attitude with a passion for client relationships
Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
Full UK Driving Licence
