Your responsibilities will include:

Inputting orders and data into the system

Handling all shipping documentation

Providing administrative support across various departments, including sales, finance, and purchasing

Managing incoming calls and greeting visitors, acting as the first point of contact

Organising and maintaining filing systems and databases

Assisting with sales and purchase orders

Ensuring accuracy in documentation

Coordinating employee meetings and client visits

Ordering and maintaining office supplies
The ideal candidate will have:

2+ years of experience in an administrative role within an office environment

Flexible and friendly attitude

Strong customer and client interaction skills

Excellent communication and organisational abilities

Proficiency in IT and data entry

Shipping experience advantageous but not essential
