Salary: £45k - £60k + Package (Permanent)
Day Rate: £350/day (Freelance)
A leading Roofing & Cladding contractor is looking for an experienced Site Manager to join their team in Inverness. This is an exciting opportunity for a driven and skilled professional to manage projects in a growing company, offering flexibility for both permanent and freelance candidates.
Key Responsibilities:

Oversee all site activities related to roofing and cladding projects

Manage subcontractors and site staff to ensure work is completed to a high standard

Ensure health & safety regulations are adhered to on site

Liaise with clients, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure smooth project delivery

Monitor progress, budgets, and schedules, ensuring project deadlines are met

Quality control and ensuring compliance with all building regulations
Requirements:

Proven experience as a Site Manager in the roofing or cladding industry

Strong leadership and communication skills

Solid understanding of health & safety protocols

Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously

SMSTS, CSCS, and First Aid qualifications

Driving licence and willingness to travel within the Inverness area
