My well-established national client has over 40 sites in the UK, employs 3000+ members of staff, completes 400,000 deliveries per year and owns over 4,000 trucks. Due to expansion and progression, they are seeking an experienced customer service executive to support with delivering a first-class service to their key accounts.
Responsibilities

Taking in bound calls from key account with enquiries, orders and queries

Working to customer KPI’s on performance and resolutions

Providing an excellent level of customer service at all time

Managing complaints and liaising with a number of stakeholders in the business to provide a timely solution

Logging all enquiries into in house system

Communicating with clients internal/external via the telephone ,email and face to face
