We are currently working on behalf of a well-established Gas and Heating Client who are currently hiring Call Centre Agents/Administrators who will be based in their Potters Bar Office.
Please note this role is on a temp to perm basis, after 12 weeks the suitable candidate will be offered a PAYE Permanent role
Role Details:

Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00 am to 5:00 pm

Hourly Rate: £14.86 per hour (weekly pay through Umbrella for first 12 weeks)
Key Responsibilities:

Job Scheduling
-
Efficiently book and plan maintenance jobs

General Administration
-
Upload data onto the company system.

Handle filing and scanning tasks

Answer incoming calls and respond to emails promptly.

Liaise with tenants to ensure they are informed about updates.

Social Housing Interaction
-
Deal with social housing tenants professionally and courteously.
Requirements:
-
Experience: A minimum of 1 years in the UK’s administrative sector/Customer Service Sector.

Organisational Skills: Exceptional organisational abilities.

Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills.
