Key Responsibilities – Sales Administrator
Answering the telephone and transferring to the correct department
Processing quotations, orders and delivery’s
Organising delivery’s, taking payments, chasing final payments
Maintaining the email inbox and dealing with all customer enquiries
General administration duties as and when required
Qualifications & Requirements – Sales Administration
Good IT skills
Excellent communication skills
The ability to multitask with excellent attention to detail
Team player with the initiative to work independently
Customer focused
