Responsible for reviewing and reforecasting online sales, highlighting risks & opportunities to the broader business.

Responsible for sharing insight on digital category performance to help key stakeholders make decisions and shape the strategy.

Deliver improvements that maximise customer experience, and, ultimately, trading performance.

Leading a team; supporting their development through clear direction, feedback and support. Leading by example and creating an inclusive culture.

Building and managing strong relationships with affiliated websites to effectively drive sales & performance.
Ideal key skills:

Experienced professional with a proven track record in driving ecommerce success within the fashion industry and a strong set of transferable skills.

Exceptional commercial acumen, with the ability to analyse data, generate actionable insights, and implement strategic initiatives.

Good idea for style & brand to drive the website sales in tune with customer profiles.

You should have demonstrated leadership capabilities, adept at leading teams and managing key stakeholder relationships effectively.

Additionally, you should have outstanding organisational skills and a proactive, results-driven approach.
