Key Responsibilities:
- Lead day-to-day operations, ensuring a high standard of service for colleagues and members.
- Drive commercial performance by achieving sales targets and managing costs effectively.
- Build strong relationships with service providers, local partners, and the wider community.
- Foster a collaborative and development-focused culture within your team, promoting cross-training and teamwork.
- Oversee member engagement activities and proactively manage member relationships, renewals, and feedback.
- Ensure compliance with health & safety standards and operational protocols.
You will have:

- Leadership/management experience and passion.
- Experience of creating a positive, empowered workplace.
- Strong communication skills.
- P&L management experience.
- HubSpot or Salesforce experience.
