The Role:
My client is seeking a highly organised and proactive Sales Administrator to join their dynamic team. In this role, you will handle a variety of administrative tasks and support the sales team, ensuring smooth operations and communication.
Key Responsibilities:

Oversee sales office administration and documentation.

Organise travel, sales meetings, and accommodation for the sales team.

Act as a communication hub for UK and international sales teams, logging and distributing enquiries.

Input sales orders into SOP and coordinate with the Order Process Team.

Assist with logging and following up on leads and enquiries.

Provide sales support, including diary and quotation management.

Register for tender portals and keep company profiles up to date.

Prepare and send daily/weekly/monthly reports to the Sales Director and team.

Manage and submit PQQs/ITT documentation.

Assist with sales campaigns, Epicor, and Salesforce.

Ensure compliance with the Company Quality Manual for customer satisfaction.

Perform other departmental tasks as required.

Experience with Epicor and Salesforce is a plus.
