Blue Water Recruitment are currently looking for an Assistant Site Manager to work for a Principal Contractor based in South Wales.
The successful candidate will be working on new build construction projects across South Wales.

Assist in planning, organising, and managing site operations.

Oversee day-to-day site duties, ensuring efficient workflow and collaboration with contractors.

Monitor quality control measures, conduct inspections, and resolve issues promptly.

Ensure contractors follow health and safety standards and regulations on-site.

Conduct regular safety inspections and provide guidance on safe work practices.
About You:

Valid CSCS card, SMSTS & First Aid

Strong organisational and communication skills

Problem-solving skills and attention to detail

Knowledge of building regulations and codes of practice
