Key Responsibilities:

Manage daily engineering projects, schedule appointments, update documents, and communicate with customers via phone, email, and Salesforce.

Log, triage, and direct support requests, ensuring timely resolution or escalation.

Allocate and re-allocate engineering resources based on priority, availability, and location.

Ensure field engineers update records in real time and follow up on outstanding tasks.

Liaise with customers on project updates, preventative maintenance, and rental equipment collection.

Assist with order processing, stock management, and general office administration.

Create and distribute service reports, patch updates, and other required communications.
Skills & Experience Required:

Experience in a Helpdesk/Service Desk role, with customer support expertise.

IT knowledge or interest (qualifications desirable).

Strong communication and multitasking skills.

Proficient in IT systems, data entry, and administrative tasks.
