We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Residential Support Worker to join our client’s team at a 5-bedded EBD (Emotional and Behavioural Difficulties) Children's Home in Southall. This role offers a unique chance to positively impact the lives of children and young people, helping them overcome challenges and achieve their full potential.
Key Responsibilities:

Provide high-quality care and support to children and young people with emotional and behavioural difficulties.

Participate in a variety of indoor and outdoor activities designed to promote growth, learning, and fun.

Build strong, trusting relationships with the children, ensuring a safe and supportive environment.

Assist with daily routines, including meals, personal care, and educational activities.

Maintain accurate records and documentation using various IT systems for report writing and care planning.

Work flexibly across a range of shift patterns, including weekends and sleep-ins.

Requirements:

Previous experience working with children or young people in a similar setting is essential.

Flexibility to work a variety of shift patterns, including nights, weekends, and holidays.

Good IT skills, with the ability to use different systems for report writing and communication.

A positive, proactive attitude and the ability to work as part of a team.

Ideally, you hold a full UK driving license (preferred but not essential).
