We have an exciting opportunity for a Client Liaison Officer for a client office based in Orpington. The company is one of the biggest Property Service Providers in the UK covering a full spectrum of services.
Reporting to the Contracts Manager, with support from the Customer Service Co-ordinator, we are seeking a CLO to provide effective communication, consultation, administration and support between customers, staff and our clients on our planned refurbishment contracts.
Role:
- Manage appointments and access notifications
- Strictly experience in retro fit
- Manage residents expectations, rearrangement or postponement of works
- Customer complaints and issue resolution
- Log plans
- Delivery of customer surveys
The ideal candidate will be confident in dealing with a number of people and delivering excellent customer service skills. A full UK driving licence is essential.
