Job Title: IT Support Engineer (Contract)

Overview:
Our educational client is seeking an IT Support Engineer to join their team on an initial 2-3 month contract basis. This role offers an immediate start with a one-stage interview process available this week.
Key Details:
Role: IT Support Engineer
Shift Pattern: Monday to Friday, 11am - 7pm
Rate: £150/day via Umbrella
IT Support Engineer Key Responsibilities:
Provide 1st and 2nd line IT support
Support audio-visual equipment, including projectors and screens
Assist with hardware and software issues, including phones, laptops, and printers
Address any additional IT support needs as required
IT Support Engineer Key Skills and Experience:
Proven experience in 1st and 2nd line IT support
Experience with audio-visual support
Proficiency in hardware and software troubleshooting
Experience in an educational environment is highly desirable but not essential
