Accounts Assistant required for a temporary opportunity working for a well established business based in Telford.
This role is to start immediately, you must be available to start asap to be considered for this opportunity.
Key Responsibilities :
End to end payroll weekly and monthly
Payroll and pensions calculations
Assist the accounts payable team in the accurate and timely processing of invoices
Match invoices with purchase orders and delivery notes
Ensure all invoices are coded correctly and approved by the relevant departments
Chasing outstanding customer payments
Cash allocations and bank reconciliations
Key Requirements :
Previous experience in Accounts Assistant / Bookkeeper position
Proficiency in Xero and Excel
Excellent data entry and organisational skills
