Key Responsibilities:

Oversee and maintain product listings across various online sales platforms.

Track stock levels and work closely with the warehouse team to ensure product availability.

Develop and implement pricing strategies aimed at increasing sales and profitability.

Collaborate with the marketing team to create and execute digital advertising campaigns.

Use Google Analytics to track website performance and customer behaviour.

Respond to customer inquiries and provide outstanding support.

Keep up-to-date with the latest e-commerce trends and industry best practices.
You will bring:

Experience using the Mailchimp platform or similar.

Experience of project management is desirable ideally gained within a digital environment would be preferable.

Experience working with data from web analytics platforms.
