We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Digital Marketing Specialist to support our digital marketing initiatives across paid programmatic media, PPC, and SEO channels. This role offers an exciting opportunity to develop your skills and contribute to our overall digital marketing efforts.
The Digital Marketing Specialist will work closely with the Digital Marketing Manager and they will be responsible for implementing day-to-day campaign activities, monitoring performance, and assisting with strategy development. This role is ideal for someone with a strong foundation in digital marketing who is eager to learn and grow in a collaborative environment.
You'll be;
- Experienced in Campaign Implementation and Management: Assisting in the execution and management of programmatic media, PPC, and SEO campaigns.
- Briefing digital assets for use across online campaigns and on-page content, including copy, image, video and HTML graphics, in line with brand guidelines.
- Monitoring Performance and Reporting: Tracking and analysing key performance metrics across all digital marketing channels.
- Using Optimisation and Testing: Helping to formulate plans to conduct A/B testing on ad copy, landing pages, and other campaign elements to improve performance.
- Working on Content and Creative Collaboration: Working closely with the content and creative teams to ensure that all digital marketing assets are aligned with campaign goals.
- Conducting Keyword Research and SEO Support: Conducting keyword research to inform PPC campaigns and SEO strategies.
- Managing Budgets: Assisting the Digital Marketing Manager in managing and allocating campaign budgets effectively.
- Learning and Developing: Staying updated on industry trends, new tools, and best practices in digital marketing.
You'll have;
- Experience in a similar role.
- Familiarity with digital marketing tools such as Google Ads, Bing Ads, Google Analytics, Google Search Console and SEMrush.
- A strong understanding of website analytics and conversion tracking.
- A basic understanding of SEO principles and practices.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret complex data sets with the ability to present these.
- The ability to work effectively in a team environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
