Key Responsibilities:

Manage and lead the current maintenance team.

Oversee the Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM) scheme.

Ensure compliance and management of Health and Safety systems.

Drive process improvement through identification, proposal, and execution.
-
Manage small-scale improvement projects, including justification, implementation, and post-appraisal.

Oversee spare part stock and procurement.
