We’re looking for a Change Analyst to join us to support the delivery of our clients transformation programme. We’ll look to you to work alongside our Change Manager and Change Lead colleagues to develop an in-depth understanding of the impact of change(s) and make sure the right measures are in place to help deliver them successfully. In this role you’ll work in a hybrid way – splitting your time between home and the office.
What you’ll do
Support the delivery of the change management strategy for the transformation programme
Carry-out change impact and risk assessments
Develop change adoption metrics, monitoring progress and evaluating the effectiveness of our change management interventions
Collaborate with our communications and training and development experts to design and implement training and communications plans to support colleagues through change
