A well established financial services business in Wothing is looking for an Office Administrator to join them on a 12 month fixed term contract. The role will be based from the Worthing offices 2 days a week and responsibilities will include:

Office post management and filing

Overseeing building maintenance

Cover for reception on occasions

Ensure office policies and procedures are followed

Support onboarding administration of new joiners

Office equipment - organise maintenance of scanners/copiers, managing supply levels

Organise meetings and meeting rooms
-
Coordinate catering and events
-
Ensure the office operates correctly under health and safety policy
To be considered suitable for this Office Administrator role you will need the following:

Ability to work in Worthing twice a week

Previous experience in an office admin role

Strong communciation and organisational skills
-
Competent with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel)
