Are you an experienced Project Manager in the Facilities Management sector looking for a new challenge? We are seeking a dynamic, highly organized individual to lead and manage multiple facilities management projects across sites in Daventry. You’ll be responsible for overseeing end-to-end project delivery, ensuring timelines, budgets, and safety standards are met.
Key Responsibilities:

Manage and deliver facilities management projects from conception to completion

Liaise with clients, contractors, and stakeholders to ensure clear communication and project expectations

Oversee the implementation of Health & Safety protocols, ensuring compliance with all relevant legislation

Monitor project timelines, budgets, and resources to ensure efficiency and profitability

Provide leadership and direction to project teams

Identify and mitigate project risks, ensuring timely issue resolution

Produce regular progress reports for stakeholders

Maintain high standards of quality and customer satisfaction throughout the project lifecycle
Key Requirements:

Proven experience as a Project Manager in the Facilities Management sector

Strong understanding of building services, maintenance, and Health & Safety regulations

Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills

Ability to manage multiple projects and adapt to changing priorities

Strong problem-solving skills and a keen attention to detail

Experience in Project Management in Manufacturing is ideal
