Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and health standards.

Manage kitchen inventory and coordinate with suppliers to maintain stock levels.

Keep the kitchen area clean, organized, and safe at all times.

Work efficiently under pressure, managing multiple tasks simultaneously.

Collaborate with other kitchen staff to ensure smooth kitchen operations.
Requirements:

Proven experience as a Chef in a similar environment.

Strong culinary skills and knowledge of kitchen equipment and cooking techniques.

Enhanced DBS check (Required).

Food Safety Certificate Level 2 (Required).

Excellent time management and organizational skills.

Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.

Strong attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality dishes.
