Head of B2B Sales
Are you a natural leader and motivator in the world of B2B outbound sales? Can you lead a group of determined and settled Business Sales Consultants (8 in total with a view to increasing to 12) within a sales office?

They operate within the Apprenticeships and Training industry, within a specific sector that is due to see huge growth over the next few years, so the timing to take on this role couldn’t be better.
On a day to day basis, your B2B guys are making outbound calls from a continually refreshed database to promote the company and their services – getting past gatekeepers, objection handling, building a pipeline, closing – they have been self-managing but now do require someone to steer them to the next stage.
You will be involved in the day to day management of the team – everything from targets, reviews, appraisals, to interviewing new potentials, on boarding and training. Reporting directly to the Operations Director, this is role where you will be immediately dropped into a senior position.
First and foremost, you must be able to demonstrate a solid background in managing a team of Internal Sales people who are all office based – this could be in either an office or even a Telesales contact centre environment. This is working in the Apprenticeships sector, so ideally a background in this sector or something similar (training, recruitment, W2W) or a clear understanding of the industry.
In return, this company can offer a very attractive package – a base salary of up to £40k, with bonuses taking it well over the £55k mark – 26 days hols, office hours, and host of other benefits as you’d expect from a company who have been awarded the top employer in the UK within their specific sector.
