We are seeking an ambitious Legal Assistant who has completed their Legal Practice Course, to join a respected multi-branch law firm.
The Business:

The Role:
The position will be based in the thriving Commercial Team in one of their West Yorkshire branches.
Ideally you will have ideally worked in a legal assistant role or worked a legal secretary or paralegal.
The day to day role will involve working closely with the fee earners to ensure the smooth running of the disputes and litigation cases.
• Supporting the team on their caseload with various admin tasks
• Diary Management and filing, photocopying, scanning and other admin tasks.
• Opening and closing files and assisting with drafting legal correspondence and documents.
Skills:
- Strong organisational skills to manage legal documents efficiently
- Excellent customer service abilities to interact with clients professionally
- Proficient in administrative tasks to support legal staff effectively
- Ability to analyse legal information accurately and present findings
