Your rate of pay and hours of work
You will receive a pay rate of £12 per hour, with holiday pay accrued. The shift pattern is conveniently set from Monday to Friday, 9AM until 5PM.
Responsibilities in your new role as the Reception Administrator
In this role, you will manage reception calls by directing them to the relevant person or department professionally and efficiently. You will also be responsible for arranging and coordinating visitor appointments, ensuring a smooth and pleasant experience for guests. Additionally, your duties will include performing general administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and document management to support daily operations.
Your personality, experience and qualifications
To excel in this role, you should have a proven background in an administrative or receptionist position, showcasing your ability to handle various office tasks efficiently. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook) is essential, as you will be using these tools daily.
