At STEM Recruitment Solutions we are working with our client who are looking to recruit an Administrator based in Edinburgh.
Duties will include:

Carry out basic bookkeeping for company and project related finances.

Process expenses for senior management.

Monitor project budgets and total spending.

Help to prepare materials and data for project invoices e.g. staff time sheets.

Source venues/ catering/ supplier/ contractor for events and conferences.

Book travel and accommodation.

Coordinate itineraries.

Lead organisation and planning of quarterly team activities.

Support with all ad hoc administrative tasks.

Support preparation of content for team meetings.

Support with preparation of external company communications including social media posts and newsletters.
