Corporate Transactions Manager- Ipswich
Our client is a one of the largest accountancy firms based in East Anglia. They have offices throughout the region, and they are seeking a Corporate Transactions Manager to join their growing team.
To be considered for this position you must be:
ACA, ACCA qualified or equivalent
Corporate Finance experience (company sales, purchases, due diligence, forecasts, valuations etc.)
Significant post-qualified experience within practice
Experience of managing staff and a portfolio of clients
Be proactive in identifying practical solutions to internal and client issuesThe role will involve:
Business sales
Business acquisitions
Due diligence reporting
Valuations
Strategic planning
